The Courage Generator
The world we perceive is the world we live in
The most powerful source of creativity comes from our unique individual lives and perspectives. In order to fully harness this we need to be aware of our personal perceptions of our body, our mind and the environment we occupy. Another integral step is reflection on significant developmental personal experiences within our lives. This deeper understanding of ourselves allows us to openly communicate and express ourselves at a level that is courageous, vulnerable and ultimately honest.
In this workshop we will be examining ourselves through contemplation and writing and then intimately sharing our own stories, actively listening and learning from others stories and culminating finally with sharing our words in specifically chosen environments. We will all be given insights on how to discover, refine and share an important perspective of our own as well as understand other perspectives as listeners with the goal of building a genuine audience-performer communion.
