What's a typical day at camp?

Thursday, September 7

12 pm – All participants meet/check-in (Halifax)

1 pm – Bus leaves from Halifax

3 pm – Arrival at Big Cove YMCA camp

4 pm – Welcome/orientation

5:45 – Nature walk

6:30 – Dinner

8 pm – Fireside Stories

9 pm – Games/Social time

Friday, September 8

7 am – Yoga, meditation, swim, run or paddle

8 am – Cold, self-serve breakfast

8:30 – Hot breakfast

9:30 – First workshop begins

11:30 – First workshop ends

12 pm – Lunch

1:30 – Free time for outdoor activities – zip line/paddling/archery or craft house

3:30 – Second workshop

5:30 – Second workshop ends – Meditation/Solo time

6:30 – Dinner

8 pm – Social

Saturday, September 9

7 am – Yoga, meditation, swim, run or paddle

8 am – Cold, self-serve breakfast

8:30 – Hot breakfast

9:30 – Third workshop begins

11:30 – Third workshop ends

12 pm – Lunch

1:30 – Free time for outdoor activities – zip line/paddling/archery or craft house

3:30 pm –Participant led conversations/ activities

5:30 – Meditation/Solo time

6:30 – Break

7 pm – Dinner

8:30 Show and Dance Party

Sunday, September 10

7 am – Yoga, meditation, swim, run or paddle

8 am – Cold, self-serve breakfast

8:30 – Hot breakfast

9:30 –Pack up to leave

10:30 – Closing Session

12:30 pm – Lunch

1:30 pm – Bus departs

3:30 pm – Arrival back in Halifax
